In January 2013, my husband Chris began a “fitness program.”  He told me for 12 weeks he was going to eat 6-8 times a day and his intent was to lose weight.  Skeptical would not even be the word I would choose how to describe what I thought about that strategy.  “There is no way that can work,” I thought to myself.  He had tried programs before with little to no success.  Why would this be any different?

 

Weeks went by and he did, in fact, eat.  Not only that, he was losing weight and looking better.  Now, it wasn’t only eating…he was going to the gym and lifting weights, too.  Whatever it was, it was working.  At the end of the 12-week period, he had lost 21 pounds (220 lbs to 199 lbs) and had gone from over 20% body fat to just over 10%.  His waist shrank; his shoulders, chest and arms grew.  I would not have believed it if I had not seen the transformation myself.

 

Then, he did it again.  This time, I decided to join.  Of course, I did not eat the same amount of food, but I ate with this same frequency and had the same dedication to the gym.  I had always thought that lifting weights would make me too bulky and not as feminine as I wanted to be.  I was just wrong…misinformed.  I, too, experienced amazing results following the same type of diet and workout plan, and I haven’t stopped since.  You can see from the testimonials page that others have decided to follow the same plan.  They saw me transform my body like I saw my husband transform his, and they wanted me to help them do the same thing.

 

There is no secret to having the body and overall well-being you are searching for.  The answers are out there.  I am only one source, but I encourage you to start looking for yourself.  If you choose to work with me, I welcome the opportunity.  But the opportunity for you to take the healthy life that is belongs to you is there.  Most people just don’t know how to seize it because of the lack of knowledge. I believe that if most people knew better, they would do better. That is what I can offer. The knowing and help with the doing.
