Being a former collegiate athlete, I was pretty set in my ways of training - cardio and lots of it, with an occasional day or two of weight lifting periodically thrown in. Initially I lost the weight I wanted after having kids, but wasn’t getting toned like my “before kids” body. I was always afraid of lifting, and lifting too heavy for fear my 6-foot frame would look too manly. Holly convinced me to come train with her: she would put together a workout and nutrition plan to get me the results I had longed for. She was awesome and I am incredibly pleased with my results after 12 weeks. She kept me motivated and pushed me, while still making it fun. I found myself looking forward to her workouts, as crazy as this might sound, and the soreness from those workouts. I knew her training plan was working and I couldn’t wait for more. She always made the workouts fun and exciting. They were always different and never boring. I looked forward to each day being at the gym and getting to work with Holly. I can’t tell you how much my body has changed since I started training with Holly Lambert. My previous gym experiences never got me the results I wanted, my main focus was all cardio and when it came to lifting weights I was completely out of my element.
